What takes the scuff marks off of adidas Basketball shoes?

I have a pair of Adidas Commander Lite TD they are a type of basketball shoes. They are blue, black and white. The scuffs are mostly on the black and white which i think is leather or a plastic, but im not 100% sure so if you have any ideas i would like to hear them!!
