Help with nike zoom vapor carbon fly td?

I just bought some nike zoom vapor carbon fly TD football Cleats and i have trouble putting them on in took me about 5 minutes to put them one i was wondering if there was a kind of technique because the Vapors tongue is attached to the shoe.
