Why Chinese graduates need to lower their job expectations? Is Chinese education crap?

Most families will send their children abroad to London or America to study. They know there is very little future in China's education. They would also hope that their children will one day become foreign citizens and take the family out of China. Another reason for that is because China offers 50 cents per anti-US, anti-Taiwan, and anti-Japan posts to defend China's pride while trying to degrade other nation and race.
