How can I get rid of this pimple? BEST ANSWER GETS 10 POINTS?

I have a huge pimple on my left cheek and it popped up a couple days ago. I wash my face every night and morning and put lotion and spot acne treatment on. it hurts when i touch it and i tried to pop it but it doesn't really have a whitehead that I can pop. I'm leaving for the beach in 2 days and i want it to be gone or at least going away by then, or at least by the fourth of July cause we are gonna be in a parade on a float. any suggestions? i use Clean & Clear blackhead eraser scrub and Purpose Lotion and Clean & Clear spot acne treatment. i dont wear make-up accept for stuff like fancy dinners and church.
